12″ Curved Tool Rest 1in Shaft

(2 customer reviews)

From: £60.00 inc VAT

Use this rest to help improve the graceful curves to the outside of your bowls and platters. This product has a 1″ mild steel shaft. Each rest is hand made locally and welded with a 10mm stainless steel top bar for smooth tool movement. Add a 1″ shaft collar for 40% off the published price if you buy them together.

Although primarily an external rest, a cutaway corner permits close (and careful) placement for assistance in turning good curves internally, too. This rest will not fit the old Axminster Hobby Series lathes.

Quality products from a top notch supplier

Buying from The Woodturning Shop is easy and quick – whether online or in person at the shop. My preference is the latter, as it is an excuse to visit The Woodturning shop which I enjoy and often meet fellow woodturners for a chat. Thank you Martin and Les.
